My name is Aditya Chakma and I am a passionate computer science professional from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology(BUET), where I studied a variety of courses related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Structures and Algorithms. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution.

Throughout my academic career, I have been deeply involved in research and projects related to various domains of Computer Science. My research work has been focused on handwritten character recognition of low-resource languages, multilingual machine translation, and Android malware detection. I have used various technologies like TensorFlow, Keras, NumPy, Pandas, and others to build these projects. Also I've participated in competitions like Melanoma detection, Covid-19 detection from chest X-ray images.

I have also gained professional experience as an Software Engineer at Therap BD Ltd. where I worked on building scalable, reliable, and secure web services using Java, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and Hibernate. I have also collaborated with other team members, worked on cross team projects and reviewed pull requests to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Apart from my academic and professional pursuits, I am also deeply interested in various extracurricular activities and hobbies like E-sports, traveling, photography, music, game development, and reading science articles. These interests reflect my curiosity and drive to learn and explore new things, which I believe is essential for anyone in the field of computer science.

Research Interest: My primary research interest lies in Computer Vision, Computer Security and Applied Machine Learning. More specificaly in medical imaging, semantic segmentaion, object recognition and multimodal perception. Additionaly, I am also interested in LLMs, AI content water-marking. Nevertheless, I am interested and open to any new ideas.
